SWEET POTATO BROWNIE
High sugar, processed foods are never the best choice nutritionally to help us keep on track for our goals of health and fitness. But here's an easy idea for those who are like me and love sweet snacks! Mrs Marine Fit made some 'clean' brownies today with only 4 natural ingredients, they tasted awesome too!
INGREDIENTS…(10 servings)
450g sweet potato
200g ground almonds
30g (3 tbsp) cocoa powder
12 dates
(Add stevia sweetener if you like a sweeter treat!)
HOW TO…
Boil the sweet potatoes until soft, blend all the ingredients together then bake on the middle oven shelf for 40 minutes at a low heat.
