An opportunity to be part of a fitness community capable of overcoming any physical challenge as a group. Suitable for all fitness abilities, no session is ever the same, keeping the body constantly on its toes to maximise adaptation and build a fitter you. The intensity and variety is also a potent combination for changing body composition, naturally developing muscle and shredding fat!

Hybrid

A mixture of functional strength training following a 6-8 week cycle, core and spicy cardiovascular training. Perfect for those looking to improve their lifting technique and strength, fitness and power. Follow your progress by downloading our MF Headquarters app!

Hyrox

Train with the coaches! Designed to develop your Hyrox performance, running, cardiovascular fitness and endurance – not just for those looking to compete! This class is perfect for those looking to improve their running or chasers of a huge calorie burn!

Outdoors

Our OG sessions! These are a firm favourite, held outdoors in Cowes. Expect good vibes and a challenging workout. During Jan, Feb, March and particularly bad weather days, classes will be held indoors at Marine Fit HQ.

What to expect?

Every session is different. However, the structure will always remain the same…  

  • The session kicks off with a thorough warm-up to ensure you’re fully activated and primed.

  • A walkthrough of the workout to come, including movement demonstrations and how to safely execute them. There will be different weights/movements to suit all abilities, wherever you are a first timer or a seasoned MF pro.

  • The main session, lasting anything from 20-40 minutes.

  • An effective cooldown focussed on promoting fast recovery and developing mobility.

Get booked, get involved, brace for some hard work and to smash your boundaries together! 

Only 14’s and over can take part.

I would recommend Marine Fit to anyone just starting out, or looking to further their current workouts. I find the classes fun and challenging, personally without the support and guidance from Kasey at Marine Fit, there’s no way I would’ve been prepared physically or mentally to go through selection for the British Army, plus due to the small personal classes I’ve met some awesome people along the way.
