DO I HAVE TO BOOK? 

Bookings are essential to prevent overcrowding and maintain social distancing. Please visit the bookings section to get a space! 


WHAT SHOULD I BRING? 

Always bring a full water bottle. Apart from that all you need is some determination and motivation! 


WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? 

  • Comfortable trainers suitable for exercise.  

  • Shorts or suitable training bottoms which do not restrict movement. 

  • A non restrictive T-Shirt or sport top. 

  • Outdoor classes - Remember, dependant on the weather, you may get dirty or wet! So in poor weather make sure you are wearing clothes where outer layers can be removed or added to prevent overheating. Start cold, finish warm. 


AM I FIT ENOUGH TO TAKE PART? 

Of course! All sessions are adaptable to be suitable for anyone, whether that means making it easier for the inexperienced or harder for the experienced. All exercises will be demonstrated prior to beginning, and the instructor will be constantly running around for support, motivation and to guide you through.
