Kasey - My fitness story is not like most within the industry, it didn’t start with aesthetics. I've always trained with purpose, to compete in functional fitness, and to maintain a level of fitness for the needs of the elite Royal Marines Commandos. I believe a positive mindset is just as important as the physical training itself in achieving goals, and developing this is not only something I promote in one to one sessions, but also within the entire Marine Fit Team. Exercise, whether in a gym or out in the wild, should never be a chore. Physical strength and conditioning is essential, however life shouldn't revolve around it. Build great healthy foundations, and your body composition and results will come along for the ride!

Rosie - I began my training, also with performance in mind, for competitive gymnastics and swimming. As someone keen to take part in various sports, I quickly found a passion for functional fitness, as it is extremely versatile for sport performance, health and physique goals. I believe that exercise is a celebration of what the body can do and once we start seeing exercise as an enjoyable self-care practice, we’ll begin to progress towards our goals with a healthy mindset. I offer sessions at Marine Fit Headquarters. Max -  I have been involved in sport from a very young age playing football and coaching abroad in Spain and America. I have 15 years of boxing experience training from the age of 10, as well as 4 years of CrossFit training, with the last year competing at high level competitions across the country. I am so excited to be offering 1-1 personal training for all levels, group sessions as well as boxing padwork fitness and skills. Whatever your goal is; from sport specific training, to learning new skills, loosing weight and feeling fit, happy and confident in yourself, I will do everything I can to help you achieve your goals! 

I’ve been working with Kasey since we served together at 40 Commando RM over 2 years ago, in that time he’s helped me reach personal best in all of my lifts, coached me to run 10 miles at sub 7 minute miles whilst also maintaining my strength and also helped me increase my mobility and flexibility working around different injuries that I’ve picked up.

He has a professional and friendly approach to training, he understands that life gets in the way sometimes and helps you to adapt and overcome any obstacles that may pop up along the road. I honestly couldn’t recommend him more, If you’re willing to put in the work then Kasey is definitely the coach for you.
