SAVOURY MINI MUFFINS

If you're looking for a simple savoury snack, then try these! They are predominantly protein, completely natural and are a deliciously easy snack to make and store for whenever needed. Perfect for fuelling ready for some outdoor phys. Plus, they’re freezer friendly!

INGREDIENTS… (Makes 40 mini muffins)
200g Soy Flour
3 Eggs
2 grated Carrots
1 grated Courgette
300g Cottage Cheese
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Red Onion
Oregano and Salt to taste


HOW TO…

Lightly fry the Red onions then combine all the ingredients and bake at 180 degrees fan until risen and browned. Easy!
