Pizza


INGREDIENTS FOR 1 PIZZA
1 White Wrap
50g Mozzarella Cheese 
3 Tbsp Tomato Puree (Recipe uses Tomato Garlic Puree)
Pinch of Dried Oregano
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Fresh Basil (Optional)

Add your favourite toppings!



HOW TO…

Pre-cook the wrap in the oven at 190°C/375°F for 2mins. This will prevent a soggy base! Keep an eye on the wrap, as they can burn very quicky.

Remove the base from the oven and spread over the tomato puree.

Slice the mozzarella cheese and add to the pizza, along with your toppings of choice, plus herbs and seasonings. 

Return the pizza to the oven and cook for approx 5-8 mins to melt the cheese to finish.
