Built for every athlete to push their limits and progress – keeping the body adjusting, adapting and improving.
Skill
Based on percentages, scaling and modifying – to allow beginners and advanced athletes to progress. Expect to see movements such as Snatch, Handstand Walking, Muscle Ups, Pull-ups, Double Unders, Toes to Bar, Clean & Jerk.
The app
All you need is a membership to a functional fitness type gym and our app, which also included video demos, progress tracking and coach chat.

Athlete training at marine fit HQ
We also offer limited training spaces at Marine Fit HQ for those on our Marine Fit Athlete programme.
Regular training hours are 4-6pm Mon-Fri, 8.30am-10.30am Sat, 9.30am-11.30am Sun. These times are for our athletes who are training to compete in functional fitness events.
We are currently at full capacity, but please ask if you are interested and we will see if we can accommodate at different times.
