cranberry energy balls


INGREDIENTS FOR 20 BALLS
200g Oats 
2 scoops Protein Powder (Chocolate/Vanilla/Cookies and Cream)
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder 
30g Dates 
30g Date Syrup
1 Tsp Vanilla extract 
30g Dried Cranberries 
10g Almond Butter (Peanut can also be used)
30g Sultanas 
Pinch of Salt
3 Tbsp Milk (Dairy/Nut/Oat milk can be used)

Decoration
20g Freeist White Chocolate - Melted (Or alternative chocolate)
10g Dried Cranberries



HOW TO…

Add all ingredients (apart from milk and decoration ingredients), to a food processor and blend thoroughly.

Slowly add a small amount of milk and blend. Test the mixture by rolling between your fingers - if it stays in places, then don’t add any more milk and begin rolling into balls.

Decorate with melted chocolate and dried cranberries.

Store in the fridge for 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
