This cake by Mrs Marine Fit has to be one of the best yet. Really chocolatey, moist with satisfying chunks of apricot 😍 even better it’s all natural ingredients, gluten free, dairy free, high protein and no added sugars!! Snacking like a champion 💪

INGREDIENTS FOR A 14 SLICE TRAYBAKE…
230g Chickpeas
4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
40g GF Oats
50g Peanut Butter
50g Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1 Banana
2 Eggs
50g Date Syrup
2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein
100g Dried Apricots 
25g Cashews
50ml Milk of choice

HOW TO…
Rinse Chickpeas well. Blend all ingredients excluding Apricots and Cashews. Stir in after blending. Bake in a lined baking tin for approx 25 mins at 180 degrees fan. Easy as that 👌
