4 ingredient banana peanut butter cookies (makes 20 cookies). These cookies are free from refined sugars, high in protein, quality fats and fibre so will keep you feeling full for longer. Plus they taste epic! Try making the chocolate chip or spiced sultana versions with the methods listed below 🤤
INGREDIENTS…
2 bananas
60g protein powder
85g oats
2 tbsp peanut butter
HOW TO…
Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fan).
Mash the banana, then mix in remaining ingredients.
Divide mixture into 20 balls onto an oven tray, spread dough out with the back of a spoon into cookie shapes and bake for approx 12 minutes.
